I enjoy cooking for my wife and I but often end up with huge pots of food that get a little boring after a few days, or jam my freezer. Joanie, the chef, also has a section on cooking for two. The drop down menus present recipes grouped in various categories. The diet group has a vegan and vegetarian listing which I liked. EC is a fully certified nutritionist and dietician with not only stellar credentials but experience and credibility with all age ranges. She is most famous for her #800 Gram Challenge of daily fruits and vegetables which I follow. She has a solid presence on the internet in guest podcasts, videos, and her own website.
